Butcher Golf designs and produces fully custom, cut-and-sew dye-sublimated performance polos and lightweight quarter-zips for businesses and organizations. Every garment starts with your logo, brand colors, and visual identity, and every design decision — pattern, scale, panel treatment, trim, logo placement — is made for your brand specifically.
That is a different product than a stock blank with a logo added. On a decorated blank, the garment already exists and the branding sits on top of it. With cut-and-sew dye-sublimation, the artwork is printed into the fabric first, and the garment is cut and sewn from that printed material. The design belongs to the garment.

Minimum order is 25 pieces per approved design, men's and women's sizes can be mixed, and most orders deliver in approximately three weeks after artwork approval.

What Fully Custom Actually Means
A stock blank with a logo is a garment someone else designed, wearing your mark. It is fine, and there are plenty of vendors who do it. It is not what we do.
Fully custom means the garment is planned as a whole. A repeat pattern can be built from your logo mark. Collars, sleeves, cuffs, plackets, and body panels can be color blocked to your palette. Patterns can run at a tight, subtle scale for executive wear or a bolder scale for events. Logos can appear on the chest, sleeve, back collar, or shoulder — placed deliberately, not defaulted.
Because the artwork is printed into the fabric rather than applied on top, the design is part of the material. There is no raised decoration and no stitched patch outline. The garment reads as a designed piece of apparel that happens to be yours.
