Corporate Holiday Gifting

Corporate Holiday Gifts For Employees, Made For Your Brand

A fully custom company polo or quarter-zip is a holiday gift people actually wear. Butcher Golf designs and manufactures cut-and-sew, dye-sublimated apparel around your logo and colors — 25-piece minimum, men's and women's sizes together, design and standard shipping included.

A Holiday Gift Employees Keep Wearing

Most corporate holiday gifts are chosen because they are easy to order in volume. That is why so many of them end up in a drawer.

Apparel is different, but only when it is good enough that someone would pick it out themselves. A fully custom performance polo or quarter-zip built from your company's colors, logo elements, and visual identity reads as a premium gift rather than another piece of logo swag — and it keeps getting worn to work, to the course, and on travel long after the holidays.

Butcher Golf does not decorate stock blanks. Every garment is cut-and-sew custom apparel, printed with dye-sublimation before the panels are sewn, which is what makes patterns, color-blocked collars, cuffs, and plackets possible in the first place.

Late-Season Projects

Still Shopping Late? Ask Us What's Feasible

Late-season holiday projects may still be possible. Because every garment is made for your project, we aren't choosing from a warehouse of pre-decorated holiday gifts — so a sold-out size run or a booked decorator calendar isn't automatically the end of the conversation.

That is not a promise. Production and delivery take approximately three weeks after final artwork approval, and that clock starts at approval — not when you send your first email. Concept development, internal review, and collecting recipient sizes all happen before it.

The honest answer is that it depends on your date, your quantity, and how quickly your team can approve artwork. Tell us the date you have in mind and we will tell you what is realistic before you commit to anything.

What Makes It Feel Like A Gift

Premium gifting designs usually keep the logo confident but restrained, and let the rest of the brand live in the details — a company icon turned into a subtle repeat, a secondary color on the collar or cuff, a supporting mark in a smaller placement.

See branded pattern design and custom polo color blocking for what those choices look like in practice.

Designs that stay close to your core identity, rather than leaning on seasonal graphics, are the ones recipients keep wearing in February.

Garment Choice

Polo, Quarter-Zip, Or Both

Custom sublimated polos suit warm climates, golf events, hospitality, and customer-facing teams.

Custom quarter-zips suit winter gifting, travel, offices, and executive audiences — which is why they are a common choice for holiday programs.

A program can include both, but the 25-piece minimum applies per approved design. Men's and women's sizes count toward the same minimum when the design works across both.

Planning Gifts For 25, 50, Or 100 People

Holiday projects start at 25 pieces per approved design. Per-piece pricing improves as quantity rises, with published tiers at 25–49, 50–99, 100–249, 250–499, and volume pricing above 500. Custom design and standard shipping to one U.S. address are included — see current pricing.

A common structure is one design for the whole company, with men's and women's cuts in the same artwork. If your list spans employees and clients, a single restrained design usually serves both better than two separate programs.

Collect recipient sizes before artwork approval whenever possible. If exact sizes are hard to gather, decide early how the apparel will be distributed and what size range makes sense. Final size quantities submitted remain the buyer's responsibility.

How A Holiday Apparel Project Works

  1. 01

Send Your Brand And Your Date

Share logo files, brand colors, quantity, who the gift is for, and the date you have in mind. If the timing is tight, say so up front.

  2. 02

    Review Concepts

Our design team develops original polo and quarter-zip directions built from your identity — typically up to three directions.

  3. 03

    Approve Artwork

Consolidate feedback, refine, and approve. Approved artwork becomes the Production Art your garments are built from.

  4. 04

    Confirm The Production Proof

A physical Production Proof is produced and reviewed so you can confirm color, pattern scale, and placement before the full run.

  5. 05

    Produce And Deliver

Full production begins after final artwork and Production Proof approval and payment of the remaining balance; standard production is generally up to approximately three weeks after that approval, with standard delivery to one U.S. address included.

FAQ

Common Questions

Still deciding? Tell us about your project and we'll answer specifics for your brand.

Start Your Design
What are good holiday gifts for employees that they will actually use?
Apparel people would choose on their own tends to outlast novelty gifts. A fully custom performance polo or quarter-zip designed around your company's colors and logo elements is wearable at work, on a course, while traveling, and on weekends, so it stays in use long after the holidays.
Are custom company polos a good corporate holiday gift?
They work well when the design feels considered rather than promotional. Because Butcher Golf builds fully custom cut-and-sew, dye-sublimated garments instead of decorating a stock blank, the pattern, collar, cuffs, placket, and logo placement can all be designed for your brand, which is what makes the piece read as a gift rather than company swag.
What is the minimum order for a company holiday gift project?
The minimum is 25 pieces per approved design. Men's three-button polos and women's buttonless V-neck polos can be mixed within that same minimum when the design is compatible across both.
Can we order holiday gifts for a team of 25, 50, or 100 people?
Yes. Projects start at 25 pieces, and larger recipient lists are common. Published per-piece pricing improves at 50, 100, 250, and 500 pieces, and mixed men's and women's sizing counts toward the same project quantity.
Is a late-season holiday apparel project still possible?
It may be. Because every garment is made for your project rather than pulled from a warehouse of pre-decorated holiday gifts, late-season projects are sometimes still feasible when catalog products are out of stock or decorators are booked. Production and delivery run approximately three weeks after final artwork approval, and that clock starts at approval, so tell us your date and we will review what is realistic before you commit.
How does the project actually work?
You send your logo files, brand colors, and ideas. Our team develops custom design concepts. Approved artwork becomes Production Art and a physical Production Proof. Full production begins after final artwork and Production Proof approval and payment of the remaining balance, with standard production generally up to approximately three weeks after that approval and standard delivery to one U.S. address included.
Can we give the same design to both employees and clients?
Yes. One approved design can cover employees, clients, partners, and event guests as long as the total meets the 25-piece minimum. Many companies keep the design close to their core identity so recipients wear it year-round instead of only in December.
Do you sell gift baskets, mugs, or other promotional products?
No. Butcher Golf makes fully custom polos and quarter-zips. If your holiday gift program needs other categories, this is the apparel portion of it.
