Yes. Butcher Golf develops custom apparel concepts based on your logo, brand colors, visual identity, and intended use. Standard projects include up to three initial design directions and two consolidated revision rounds.
Standard delivery to one U.S. address is included. Expedited delivery, international delivery, split shipments, individual residential fulfillment, specialty packaging, and similar services may require an additional charge.
Most orders are produced and delivered in approximately three weeks after final artwork approval. Timing can vary based on order size, design complexity, destination, holidays, factory schedules, and requested delivery service.
The minimum order is 25 pieces per approved design. Men's and women's sizes and compatible garment fits may be mixed within the same approved design.
Yes. Customers who supply complete, production-ready artwork on the official Butcher Golf template may receive a $150 project credit after the artwork passes production review. Artwork that requires design development or extensive correction will be quoted before additional work begins.
Some new custom projects require a $250 Design Start Deposit before original concepts are developed. The deposit is credited in full toward a qualifying order of 25 or more pieces. It allows our design team to begin meaningful custom creative work while keeping the process focused and efficient. Established customers, referrals, and qualified projects may be eligible to have the deposit waived.
There is no separate standard factory setup fee. Custom design, normal production setup, and standard single-location delivery are included in the published pricing. Services outside the standard process are discussed and approved before any additional charge is incurred.
Yes. Approved designs can generally be reordered, subject to current factory pricing, product availability, minimum quantities, and production scheduling. We keep your approved artwork on file to make reorders fast.
