Do I qualify for reseller pricing?
This program is for verified businesses purchasing Butcher Golf-produced apparel for resale to their own customers: print brokers, promotional products distributors, agencies, apparel resellers, private-label brands and other qualified B2B resellers. Ordinary end customers and one-off retail buyers do not qualify. Pricing is subject to human verification and review.
What proof do you require?
Provide one current resale certificate, sales-tax resale/exemption certificate, or equivalent reseller documentation appropriate to your jurisdiction. We also collect your legal business name, website, business email and billing location. A reseller checkbox alone is not verification.
Can I order fewer than 100 pieces?
Production-ready reseller pricing requires a minimum 100-piece total qualifying purchase order. Design-assisted reseller projects follow the standard 25-piece minimum per approved design and receive 10% off current standard Butcher Golf public/custom pricing after verification.
Can I mix designs?
Yes. For production-ready reseller pricing, quantity pricing applies to the total qualifying purchase order, with at least 25 pieces per approved design and 100 total pieces. Design-assisted reseller pricing follows current standard quantity tiers per approved design.
Can Butcher Golf create the design?
Yes. Verified resellers can use the design-assisted path at 10% off current standard public/custom pricing. The standard $250 Project Start Deposit activates the design process and is credited 100% toward the final order.
Can I get private-label pricing if Butcher Golf designed the artwork?
Not on the first order merely because production artwork is created during the project. If Butcher Golf creates or materially develops the concept, pattern or production artwork, use the design-assisted reseller path. Wholesale/private-label pricing is for completed production-ready artwork, not free design development.
Can I mix men’s and women’s sizing?
Yes. Men’s and women’s sizing may be mixed within a compatible approved design. Each approved design must meet its applicable minimum quantity.
How does the Production Proof work?
Standard approval is via detailed photos of the actual sewn Production Proof. Photo approval is included. We preflight supplied production-ready files, prepare the sewn proof for approval, then handle full production and delivery.
Can I get a physical proof in hand?
Yes. An optional in-hand physical proof is +$150 per piece and adds time to the production schedule. An optional $50 touch sample is available for evaluating fabric and construction before production.
Can I add custom bags, tags and labels?
Yes. Retail-Ready Private-Label Finishing is +$5 per garment for a custom 1-color printed garment bag, custom paper hangtag and custom sewn label. You supply production-ready packaging and label artwork. This adds approximately one additional week. Limited Edition Numbering is optional at +$2 per garment, subject to production-art setup and approval.
