The private-label path is for qualified brands and resellers supplying all completed production-ready files. A 100-piece PO and 25 pieces per approved design are required.
Need Butcher Golf to create the design?
Use our standard Start a Design program. Butcher Golf-designed projects begin at our standard public custom-apparel pricing. They are not eligible for private-label wholesale pricing on the first order or on an immediate follow-on order.
Exact reorders may qualify for Repeat Production Pricing only AFTER at least 500 pieces of that exact approved design have already been produced and paid under standard Butcher Golf pricing, and only on a subsequent purchase order.

Can I order only 10 per design?
No. Private-label production requires a 100-piece minimum purchase order and at least 25 pieces per approved design.
Can I mix multiple designs?
Yes, as long as each approved design is at least 25 pieces and the total purchase order is at least 100 pieces.
Can Butcher Golf design my collection and then give me wholesale pricing?
No. Butcher Golf-designed projects use standard pricing. Exact reorders become eligible for Repeat Production Pricing only after 500 previously produced and paid pieces of that exact design, and only on a subsequent purchase order.
Can I provide my own retail packaging artwork?
Yes. All garment bag, hangtag, and sewn label artwork must be supplied production-ready.
How much time does retail-ready packaging add?
Approximately one additional week to production.
Can you ship in standard bags without custom labels or tags?
Yes. Standard clear individual garment bags are included at no added packaging charge.
Can I add limited edition numbering?
Yes. Optional unique garment numbering, such as 001/100, is +$2 per garment, subject to final production-art setup and approval.
